Professional Development

Professional Development Assignment

As you go throughout your professional life, even long after college is a distant memory, you will find it necessary to remain up to date in your chosen field. This is mostly accomplished via professional development (PD's) or continuing education units (CEU's), depending on your career choice. In both the Business and Technology fields it is extremely important to keep up with changes in the fields.

To highlight this importance we are going to read at least 4 business or technology-related books in each year of Business and Technology Classes, additionally, we will be writing a report on each of the books and present our findings to the class in an effort to share our learning with each other.

These PD books and their related assignments will count as your Project grade in the class, this is worth 20% of your overall grade, they are very important to complete.
